A Massachusetts brokerage says it’s sold a two building, 75-unit housing complex in Bristol to a New York developer for $4.4 million.
United Multi Family Corp., of Braintree, Mass., on Friday said it represented the Boston-based seller, 572 Brook Street LLC and 916-924 Middle Street LLC, in the building sales to Yellowstone Property Group for about $58,667 per unit.
The three-story brick garden style building on Brook Street has more than 45,000 rentable square feet with 58-one bedroom units. Built in 1970, the property spans over 1.33 acres.
On Middle Street, the 10,285-square-foot property is comprised of 17 units across six buildings with a mixture of one- and two-bedroom units. The 4.18-acre site is located across the street from ESPN’s headquarters.
United Multi Family Corp. said it specializes in the sale of multifamily properties, completing more than 1,200 transactions worth $1.8 billion in sales since 1998. The firm has offices in Massachusetts, Connecticut and New York.
