Bristol apartment properties sell for $4.8M

A pair of Bristol apartment buildings have sold for $4.8 million, town records show.

The apartments at 28 Stafford Ave. and 160 W Washington St. sold in February. They contain a combined 82 units. 

The buyer of both properties was Elite Apartments LLC, which is controlled by Eric Chozick and Steven Pappas, who is a commercial real estate broker with Hartford-based Chozick Realty Inc. 

The seller of both properties was the Trustees of Eric and Phyllis Falk.

160 W Washington St. contains 49 apartments and was built in 1964. 28 Stafford Ave. contains 33 apartments and was built in 1968, town records show.
