Bristol 218 CT LLC, whose principal is Abraham Indig of Brooklyn, N.Y., purchased the four-story building at 218 West St. from West Street Apartments LLC, whose principals are Joshua and Elise Glick of Great Neck, N.Y, records show.
The sale price was $1,010,000.
The building has 11,640 square feet and was built in 1919. It has four one-bedroom apartments and 12 two-bedroom units.
The sale includes 0.20 acres of land.

The building was on the market for 166 days and its original asking price was $1,150,000.
The broker was the Northeast Private Client Group of Shelton.
