Beardsley Park Plaza, a commercial building with four retail spaces at 2652 E. Main St., in Bridgeport, has sold for $2.25 million, according to city records.
2652 Group LLC, controlled by Gaetano Iovieno, purchased the 9,028-square-foot, one-story building from Petra Realty LLC, controlled by Nazeeh Abunasra.
Petra Realty bought the building, which was built in 1993, in 2010 for $1.08 million, city records show.
The building, which sits on a 0.58-acre parcel, is appraised at $1.34 million and assessed at $940,160.
