A mixed-use residential and commercial property in Bridgeport has sold for more than $3 million.
The Fairfield is a 22,900-square-foot, four-story building at 2258 Fairfield Ave.
It was sold by Palladian Bridgeport LLC and principal Robert Lawrence to Alex Babayev for $3.35 million, according to Shelton-based Northeast Private Client Group Vice President of Brokerage Robert Paterno and Managing Director Brad Balletto, who represented the seller and procured the buyer in the deal.
The building has four main-floor retail suites and 24 two-bed apartments, 12 of which are currently designated as subsidized housing.
The building was 100% occupied at the time of sale, according to Northeast.
“Bridgeport continues to be a great market for investment,” Balletto said.
