The portfolio includes 164 apartments across four properties on Washington Avenue and Sanford Place.
A four-building multifamily portfolio in Bridgeport has sold for $17.3 million, according to broker National Multifamily Corp.
The portfolio includes 164 apartments across properties at 205 Washington Ave., 223-237 Washington Ave., 265 Washington Ave. and 40 Sanford Place.
The buildings contain a mix of studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom units totaling 116,718 square feet, according to New York-based National Multifamily Corp., which said it completed the off-market deal representing the seller and directly procuring the buyer.
Each apartment complex had a separate limited liability company listed as the buyer, all sharing a Monsey, New York, address. Washington LLC paid $3.3 million for 265 Washington Ave.; 40 Sanford LLC paid $1.8 million for 40 Sanford Place and also purchased 205 Washington Ave.; and 40 Sanford LLC/223 Washington LLC paid $12.2 million for 223-237 Washington Ave.
The deal closed June 2. Seller entities were BCT-205 LLC, BCT-30 LLC and BCT-040 LLC.
National Multifamily said the four contiguous buildings were built between 1910 and 1926 and sit on a combined 1.35 acres in Bridgeport’s Hollow neighborhood, just outside downtown. The portfolio includes a central laundry facility and an Amazon package room.
National Multifamily’s Matt Cawley, Michael Hewes and Olivia Friedberg were all involved in the deal.
