Two apartment buildings with a combined 24 units in downtown Bridgeport have sold for $3.5 million, according to city property and land records.
Golden Hill Bridgeport Holdings LLC, an entity tied to Branford-based Jean Wasterlain, purchased the properties at 1208 Broad St. and 285 Golden Hill St. in early September.
The seller was Derby-based Broad and Golden LLC, whose managers are Charles D. Smith and Jerry A. Nocerino, according to state business records.
The buildings sit less than a block apart and spent just over six months on the market.
The three-story building at 1208 Broad St. was built in 2013. Its 2025 appraised value was $2 million. The three-story building at 285 Golden Hill St. was built in 2014. Its 2025 appraised value was $2.1 million. Together, the properties share 24 units.
Broad and Golden LLC purchased the properties in December 2019, paying $1.6 million for 1208 Broad St. and $1.6 million for 285 Golden Hill St., a combined $3.25 million.
