An A&P supermarket in Bridgeport is one of nearly three dozen store leases put up for sale by bankrupt Atlantic and Pacific Tea Co.
A&P has hired Hilco Real Estate LLC as its real estate advisor to immediately dispose of A&P assets, including the sale of 31 leases on locations in the process of being shuttered.
The Bridgeport location at 1700 Park Ave. has 42,897 square feet of space. The rest range from 24,000 to 60,000 square feet and are located in Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania.
