The Connecticut Airport Authority (CAA) said Wednesday that Breeze Airways has officially launched its nonstop service from Bradley International Airport to Harry Reid International Airport in Las Vegas.
The new flight was originally announced in April, which marked the airline’s 11th nonstop destination at the Windsor Locks airfield. The first flight took off Wednesday at 7 a.m., with a return flight scheduled to land at Bradley at 6:15 p.m. Â
Frontier Airlines also announced in April it was adding a nonstop route to Las Vegas, ratcheting up competition to the Sin city.Â
In recognition of the new nonstop service, Breeze is offering a $69 one-way fare from Bradley to Las Vegas from Oct. 26 through Feb. 14, 2023.
