Budget airline Breeze Airways will launch nonstop service this summer between Bradley International Airport and Louisville, Kentucky, the Connecticut Airport Authority announced Wednesday.
Budget airline Breeze Airways will launch nonstop service this summer between Bradley International Airport and Louisville, Kentucky, the Connecticut Airport Authority announced Wednesday.
The seasonal service to Muhammad Ali International Airport begins May 29 and will operate twice weekly on Mondays and Fridays using Airbus A220 aircraft.
The new route marks the latest expansion for Breeze at Bradley, where the airline launched operations four years ago and has steadily grown its presence. The carrier now serves 23 destinations from the Windsor Locks airport.
David Neeleman, founder and CEO of Breeze Airways, said Hartford was one of the airline’s original bases and has played an important role in shaping its network development.
Breeze most recently
added service to Greensboro/Winston-Salem in June 2025.
Breeze’s other nonstop routes from Bradley include: Charleston, South Carolina; Cincinnati; Columbus, Ohio; Daytona Beach, Florida; Fort Myers, Florida; Greensboro/Winston-Salem, North Carolina; Greenville/Spartanburg, South Carolina; Jacksonville, Florida; Las Vegas; Myrtle Beach, South Carolina; New Bern, North Carolina; Norfolk, Virginia; Orlando, Florida; Phoenix; Pittsburgh; Raleigh/Durham, North Carolina; Richmond, Virginia; Sarasota/Bradenton, Florida; Savannah, Georgia; Tampa, Florida; Vero Beach, Florida; and Wilmington, North Carolina.
Bradley recently completed a
sweeping $250 million infrastructure upgrade.
