Teresa B. Bravo has joined the medical staff of Masonicare in Wallingford.
Dr. Bravo will evaluate and treat patients and residents in the Masonicare continuum, including patients in Masonicare Primary Care Physicians’ medical practice in Wallingford, and in area nursing homes to whom Masonicare provides physician coverage.
Prior to joining Masonicare, Dr. Bravo was an attending physician with the Community Health Center, Inc., in Meriden.
Dr. Bravo is board certified in family medicine. She received her MD degree from Main National University of San Marcos in Lima, Peru. Dr. Bravo pursued her medical specialty at Bronx Lebanon Hospital Center in Bronx, New York and since that time, she has been working as a family medicine attending in Connecticut and New York.
