A stretch of retail storefronts along Branford’s Main Street sold for more than $1 million to a New York property management firm.
The Cassisi Group LLC and principal Antonio M. Cassisi sold 562-566 Main St., and 576 Main St., to 562-576 Main LLC and principal Edmond DeLaurentis of New York for $1.19 million in a deal recorded Sept. 13.
The corner building at 576 Main St., is a 2,800-square-foot, two-story structure built in 1890.
Doma Tratorria is on the main level, with a residential apartment on the second floor. The building has a total appraised value of $347,300.
The property at 562-566 Main St., is a one-story, 2,900-square-foot space built in 1926, and contains a nail salon, barber shop, juice bar, chocolatier and pizza parlor.Â
That property has a total appraised value of $421,300.
