A 55,274-square-foot industrial building in Branford recently sold for $6 million
In a deed recorded Feb. 19, three limited liability companies associated with White Plains-based Benerofe Properties Corp. — a family-owned real estate investment and property management company — sold the warehouse and office building on 2.7 acres at 45 North East Industrial Road to a Falmouth, Maine-based buyer.
The buyer of the 1950-vintage building, 5 Spring Hill Drive LLC, lists David Machesney, of Falmouth, as its principal. The buying LLC took a $4.2 million mortgage on the property through Torrington Savings Bank, according to land records.
Attempts to reach Machesney were not immediately successful.
Will Braun, of O,R&L Commercial, represented the seller and procured the buyer.
