Branford construction company buys Hamden industrial building

An industrial flex space in the Hamden Business Park was sold to a Branford-based construction company for more than $600,000.

The free-standing, 7,200-square-foot space at 4 Industrial Circle received multiple offers and sold quickly on Jan. 31 to Four Industrial Circle LLC, for $650,000, according to Stephen Press, of Hamden-based Press/Cuozzo Realtors. Press represented the seller, Fourin LLC, and Tom Cavalier of Coldwell Banker represented the buyer.

Branford-based Four Industrial Circle is controlled by Lev Mayzler and Carlo Centore, of Construction Services of Branford, who could not be reached for comment.

The Hamden building sits on nearly 1 acre, is fully air conditioned and features a high percentage of office/flex/testing lab and warehouse space, Press said.
