Serenity Wellness, which provides mental health-related services, is expanding with a second location in Middletown.
The business was founded in 2017 and has a location at 388 E. Main St., Branford. It recently signed a seven-year lease for a 1,600-square-foot space at 203 Main St., Middletown.
Serenity Wellness has about a dozen clinicians and staff, and the business provides psychotherapy and medication management to both individuals and families. Meredith Bailey, an APRN, owns the business. It treats clients for a variety of conditions, such as anxiety, depression, substance abuse and post-traumatic stress disorder.
Cheryl Morris, an agent with The Geenty Group Realtors, which is based in Branford, represented the tenant in the deal. Thomas J. Ford, managing director, Connecticut, for Hajjar Management Co., was the agent for the landlord, Plaza Middlesex Realty Trust.

Manufacturer leases Wallingford industrial space
Jet Process Corporation has finalized a lease for 5,500 square feet at 126 South Turnpike Rd., Wallingford.
The company supplies thin film solder coatings for customers in a range of industries, such as telecommunications, lighting and electronics.
Renee Stevens, a commercial advisor with Press/Cuozzo Commercial Services in Hamden, represented the business and worked directly with the landlord, 126 South Turnpike LLC.
Financial terms of the lease were not disclosed. According to Press/Cuozzo, the lease is long-term and began on March 1.

Restaurant supply company leases space in Old Saybrook
Admiral Craft Equipment Corporation has signed a lease for 8 Custom Drive, Old Saybrook.
The business, a restaurant supply company, will occupy 8,510 square feet in a now fully-leased 20,160-square-foot industrial/flex building, according to an announcement. The duration and financial terms of the lease were not disclosed.
Sentry Commercial represented the landlord, ZZZ & I LLC, while Asset Real Estate represented the tenant.
