Bradley International Airport continued its post-pandemic recovery in 2024 as passenger traffic increased 6.5%, according to new data.
The Windsor Locks airfield, which landed numerous new routes last year and a few that went away, reported 6.66 million passengers in 2024, up 6.5% from 6.24 million in 2023.
That was the highest number of passengers since the 2020 pandemic. However, that total was still 1.3% below 2019’s passenger totals of 6.75 million.
In 2024, Bradley had 6.5 million domestic flight passengers, 105,195 international passengers, and 1,255 passengers who took charter flights.
Aer Lingus, which re-established its direct flight from Bradley to Dublin, Ireland in 2023, recorded 71,735 passengers in 2024, down 2% from a year earlier. Breeze Airways, which has aggressively increased its number of routes at Bradley in recent years, recorded 581,143 passengers in 2024, up 38.7% from 2023.
JetBlue had 947,286 passengers in 2024, down 1% from 957,158 in 2023.
