A Norwegian specialist in surveying customer- and employee satisfaction is setting up its North American headquarters in Bridgeport, employing 13, authorities say.
QuestBack, of Oslo, Norway, says the office at 1000 Lafayette Blvd. will serve as a springboard for expanding its services to new and existing corporate clients on the continent, including Volvo, Ernst & Young, Coca-Cola, Microsoft and Bosch.
Suresh Sabbiah is North American president and will be based in Bridgeport, along with Jill Ransome, who heads U.S. marketing.
Todd F. White, Eric Bell and Gigi Hayden also have joined QuestBack as directors of the Insight Solutions division.
