Hartford law firm Halloran & Sage has opened a New London office, with veteran shoreline attorney Thomas W. Boyce Jr. signing on to run it.
Joining Boyce in the office at 216 Broad St. is attorney Jennifer S. Mullen.
Boyce, of Waterford, was a founding partner in the firm Faulkner & Boyce, and has spent more than 30 years as a trial lawyer, mostly in medical malpractice. Boyce is a graduate of Providence College and Brooklyn Law School.
Mullen also specializes of medical malpractice claims. She graduated magna cum laude from Boston College in 1999, majoring in biology, and received her law degree from the University of Connecticut School of Law.
