Hartford Financial Services Group Inc. is beefing up commercial sales and underwriting in its construction group and hired former AIG officer Thomas M. Boudreau to run it.
Boudreau, the new vice president of construction insurance, reports to Ross Fisher, vice president of the Stag’s construction group and bond.
At AIG, Boudreau was in underwriting and field sales the last 10 years, including vice president of the company’s largest U.S. region.
Most recently, he was AIG’s construction industry practice leader and primary construction profit center manager for the U.S. and Canada. He began his insurance career as a commercial field underwriter with Allstate.
