A broker for Hamden-based Press|Cuozzo Commercial Services has signed a long-term lease for half the space in an East Haven building, which is now 100% occupied.
Stephen Press was the sole broker representing the owners, Goffee Realty LLC, and the newest tenant, East Haven Bottle Return.
That company signed a lease to occupy 5,000 square feet in the building at 99 Commerce St., which is half of the entire building.
Terms of the lease were not disclosed.Â
