A Massachusetts real estate investment firm recently paid $4.2 million for a 60,072-square-foot warehouse in South Windsor.
In a sale recorded May 20, an affiliate of Boston-based Sticks Investment Group bought the 1988-vintage building on 3.1 acres at 1590 John Fitch Boulevard from Larnick LLC.
Larnick’s principals are David A. Larson, of Reading, Massachusetts, and Nicholas L. Cucci, of Florida.
Sticks Investment Group acquires and operates industrial buildings in New England, focusing on properties it believes offer redevelopment or value-add opportunities, according to its website.
The company said it focuses on industrial markets near population centers, while also targeting properties with access to highways and major roadways, high traffic volumes and limited industrial land availability.
The investment company is headed by its principal and founder Robert A. Ingalia III and John Nasca, its director.
The buyer secured a $3.9 million mortgage from Rhode Island-based BankNewport tied to the South Windsor property.
