Jim Bologa has been promoted to president and chief executive officer of Porter and Chester Institute, a nine-campus technical school based in Rocky Hill. Since 2009, Bologa has been the school’s chief operating officer. He was recently appointed as a school commissioner and a board member of Accrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges. He is a certified public accountant.
