Sweatfluence, a Connecticut-based hot yoga and wellness studio, plans to open at the property in summer 2026. The studio offers infrared-heated, music-driven vinyasa-style yoga classes.
Also joining the center is Monmouth Trading Cards, a New Jersey-based retailer specializing in sports cards, Pokémon and other trading card games. The store will sell collectible cards and related products and host in-store events for collectors.
Separately, Blue Back Square owner Brand Street Properties has hired Caitlin Carter as property manager. Carter will oversee day-to-day operations, tenant relations and capital projects at the development.
Carter previously worked as a project manager for Concord Healthcare Development and spent more than a decade in facilities operations and capital projects roles at ESPN and The Walt Disney Co.
Blue Back Square is a mixed-use development with more than 450,000 square feet of retail, office and residential space. The property is more than 99% leased, according to its owner.
