Blue Back adds Mellon

Mellon Financial‘s Private Wealth Management Group is the newest tenant to lease space at Blue Back Square, the still under construction, 550,000-square-foot development in West Hartford Center. Mellon said it’s signed a 10-year lease on space on the fourth floor of the Lexicon Building, which is expected to open sometime this fall. An executive with the group said the lease signals Mellon’s commitment to the metro-Hartford market, which it first entered last year.
