Brand researcher The Pert Group is leaving its long-time Bloomfield base before the end of April for a new headquarters in The Exchange in Farmington, realty advisers say.
Pert leased 23,562 square feet of offices on the second floor of circular-shaped building at 270 Farmington Ave., across from the University of Connecticut Health Center.
Pert opened in 1978 to conduct brand, market and strategic research for commercial clients. It is currently housed at 522 Cottage Grove Road.
The firm in January announced plans to soon add London to its other offices in Kansas City, Mo. and Pittsburgh.
The Exchange is a three-story 250,000-square-foot mixed-use office and retail building with two on-site restaurants
