An industrial warehouse in Bloomfield has sold for $700,000.
DMW Bloomfield LLC and principal Mark R. Warsofsky of Bridgewater, Mass., sold the property at 15 Southwood Drive to Bloomfield-based K&S Southwood LLC and principal Yuniel Madina in a deal recorded Dec. 27.Â
The 2.4-acre site contains a nearly 4,000-square-foot industrial warehouse, built in 2013, and has another 1.5 acres that can be utilized for outdoor storage.Â
The property has a total appraised value of $426,300.
