A 25,968-square-foot warehouse and an associated 7.39 acres in Bloomfield recently sold for $3.13 million to investors from Florida and Massachusetts.
The properties at 9 and 11 Southwood Drive currently host a branch of United Rentals. The company provides equipment and tools for industrial and construction sites.
Michael Wildhack, manager of the location, said the sale simply means a new landlord for the property.
ACP URI Bloomfield LLC, of Texas, bought the properties for $2.64 million in 2022. In a deed recorded Dec. 2, ACP sold the properties to Mirror Lake Properties Bloomfield LLC and Granger Properties Bloomfield LLC, which both share a Homestead, Florida address.
The seller’s principal is Jesus Araiza, of Dallas, Texas. The two buying LLCs both list as principals John Alger, of Homestead, Florida; and Catherine Chung, of Wrentham, Massachusetts.
The property at 9 Southwood Drive is 4.39 acres of industrially zoned land. The 3-acre property at 11 Southwood Drive includes the warehouse built in 1981. Â
