Bloomfield medical office building sells for $1.27M

Massachusetts real estate investors recently paid $1.27 million for a 10,105-square-foot Bloomfield medical office building.

Bloomfield Professional Arts Associates LLP sold the masonry and brick building on 3.7 acres at 3 Northwestern Drive to Holyoke-based Yellowbrick Property LLC.

The seller is tied to a dental practice inside the property. The buyer’s principals are Holyoke-based real estate investors Kevin Shippee and Matthew Tortoriello.

The sale of the property, with its 1991-vintage building, was recorded by the town on Nov. 29.

Charles Rich and Thomas Gordon of Pennsylvania-based Sands Investment Group were the listing agents.
