Rocky Hill-based real estate developer-broker O,R&L has acquired a three-story medical office building in Bloomfield for $5.95 million.
O,R&L, which has financed and developed medical properties for Hartford HealthCare in West Hartford, Enfield and elsewhere, acquired Bloomfield’s 6 Northwestern Dr. in late April from Bloomfield Medical Center Associates LLC, according to land records.
The entity that purchased the nearly 30,000-square-foot building, which sits on 4.3 acres, was South Windsor Medical Associates LLC, headed by O,R&L principal Jay Morris, according to public filings.
