In a deed recorded in July, ASGE Property Group LLC acquired 103 and 103R Old Windsor Road from Eastern Holdings Group LLC and Slade Properties LLC.
ASGE Property Group does not show up in Connecticut business records, but the company lists a Santa Fe Springs, California address in the land records.
According to O,R&L Commercial, which brokered the deal, the property sold for $4.95 million. The deal included a 15,326-square-foot office/warehouse building on 6.63 acres at 103 Old Windsor Road and a 16,488-square-foot flex building on 39.6 acres at 103R Old Windsor Road.
At the time of the sale, the building at 103 Old Windsor Road was fully leased to NEC Group, while the building at 103R Old Windsor Road was vacant. NEC Group will continue operating from the property under its existing lease, according to O,R&L Commercial.
The buyer's plans for the vacant building were not immediately available.
Mark Berkowitz of O,R&L Commercial represented the sellers, while David Murdock of Sentry Commercial represented the buyer.
