🔒Bloomfield flex industrial property sells for $1.86M

A flex industrial property in Bloomfield has sold for an estimated $1.86 million. Rex Bloomfield LLC purchased the property at 105 W. Dudley Town Road from Lombardo Development LLC in a deal recorded July 2, according to town land records. The sale price was calculated based on $23,250 in state conveyance taxes and $9,300 in local conveyance taxes paid. Lombardo Development LLC is controlled by Paul and Joseph Lombardo. The buyer, Rex Bloomfield LLC, is controlled by Rex Property Group LLC and ZKH Equity LLC. Rex Property Group is led by Spencer Glaser and Kelsey Buchbinder. Glaser said the 23,825-square-foot property is about 90% leased with a diverse mix of tenants, and the company plans to hold it as a long-term investment. "We believe small-bay industrial properties like this are in high demand and play an important role in supporting local small businesses," Glaser said. Glaser said he and Buchbinder, who are married, launched Rex Property Group several years ago with the goal of acquiring industrial properties throughout Greater Hartford. "This is our second acquisition, and we're actively looking to acquire additional industrial properties in the region," he said. In addition to the Bloomfield building, its portfolio includes a 22,568-square-foot industrial property in Bristol.

The Bloomfield property sits on 2.51 acres and was built in 1988. The one-story masonry building contains office and warehouse space, according to town property records.
