Blanchard joins The Network Against Domestic Abuse as CFO

Karen Blanchard has joined The Network Against Domestic Abuse, a domestic violence support agency in Enfield, as chief operations officer.

Blanchard has more than 30 years of nonprofit experience, working with hungry, homeless and domestic violence victims in Holyoke, Mass.
