New Britain manufacturer Stanley Black & Decker said it will pay a fourth-quarter dividend of 52 cents per common share.
Stanley will pay the dividend on Dec. 16 to shareholders of record as of Dec. 5. The company raised the payment from 50 cents in its third fiscal quarter this year.
It will announce third-quarter earnings on Oct. 22.
