Meriden’s BL Companies, Inc., a multi-disciplinary architecture, engineering, environmental and land surveying firm, has named three Connecticut employees to principal as a part of eight promotions throughout the company. Ray Gradwell, PE and Greg Longo, PE have been named senior project managers, Julia O’Brien, Esq., has been named LEED green associate, general counsel. They will join the ranks of the company’s 27 current principals.
