Biondolillo Named Henkel Human Resources SVP

Henkel has named Michael Biondolillo senior vice president of human resources at its Rocky Hill headquarters. As the highest-ranking HR executive in Henkel’s North America operation, Biondolillo will provide leadership on benefits, compensation, organizational development, recruiting, employee relations, learning and development, talent management, and diversity. Biondolillo is also a member of Henkel’s North American Executive Council. Henkel has approximately 6,000 employees in the U.S., Canada, and Puerto Rico and markets a wide range of consumer and industrial brands, including Loctite adhesives, Dial soaps, Purex laundry detergents, and Right Guard antiperspirants. Prior to joining Henkel, Biondolillo was a vice president, human resources at QVC in West Chester, Pa. He has more than 20 years of HR experience, including executive-level positions with Wyeth Pharmaceuticals, Penn Mutual Life Insurance Co., Messer Group and General Electric Co.
