BGM Law Group adds commercial litigator, corporate M&A partners

BGM Law Group announced that Kristen Zaehringer and James McLaughlin have joined the firm as partners.

Zaehringer’s practice focuses on commercial litigation and arbitration, employment law counseling and disputes, contract negotiation and litigation and appellate work. She previously served as a partner at a Connecticut-based boutique litigation firm, as well as at Murtha Cullina LLP.

McLaughlin advises businesses at every stage of their life cycle, from formation to exit, and works with clients ranging from family-owned small businesses to multinational public companies. He was previously a partner in the business and finance group at Murtha Cullina.
