MedClean Technologies in Bethel has signed an agreement with a Canadian vendor to dispose of medical waste and oversee document shredding at potentially more than 2,000 Canadian hospitals.
Exact terms of the agreement with Ace Technologies, a Canadian network and security solution provider, weren’t disclosed.
But MedClean says it expects to clear between $1 million to $2 million in revenue during the first year of the contract.
Ace has relationships with 41 Canadian hospitals, and MedClean says it will use this existing base to expand north of the U.S. border.
