Engineering and construction company BETA Group Inc. has hired Roy Seelye as a senior project manager and Joe Rimiller as senior project manager for its Hartford office.
Seelye is a member of the Association of State Dam Safety Officials and will focus on site design, roadway projects and construction administration.
Rimiller is a registered professional engineer and a registered professional traffic operations engineer and will focus on traffic signal design and traffic impact studies.
