Bestseller Wholesale has signed a long-term lease with the owner of its 55,000-square-foot industrial space in Bristol, officials from Colliers International said.
Bestseller, an international clothing and fashion accessory company with more than 20 brands, has operated a wholesale factory at 360 Minor St., since 2019, according to documents from the state. Per Colliers, the company has signed a new, long-term lease with the property owner Braveman Bristol, which has owned the site since 2001.
Deal terms weren’t disclosed.
Bestseller Wholesale currently uses the one-building, 55,000-square-foot space as a distribution center for its goods across the U.S. The company’s portfolio of products is available at retailers such as Nordstrom, Bloomingdales, Macys, Stitch Fix, BOHME, Von Maur & Buckle and online.
