A Newington commercial property anchored by Bertucci’s restaurant is for sale for $3.4 million, according to CoStar.
The 7,122-square-foot property at 2929 Berlin Turnpike was listed for sale this week.
The owner is Marc Capital Corp, which is controlled by Wayne and John Maculaitis and Nancy Anderson, state records show.
The property sits on 3.56 acres, was built in 1993 and has 115 parking spaces, according to a marketing brochure listing the property.
