Berlin’s Sirois Tool Co. Inc. has acquired All Five Tool Co. and its North American Spring Tool division, both of Bristol, to broaden Sirois’ product-services lineup.
Closely held Sirois didn’t say Thursday what it paid for the pair housed at 70 Enterprise Drive in Bristol.
But as part of the deal, eight workers from All Five and North American Spring joined Sirois’ 40-person payroll at its facilities at 169 White Oak Drive, a spokesman said.
Sirois specializes precision tooling and gages used for manufacturing parts to fine tolerances.

All Five Tool specializes in standard and custom tool holders and inserts. North American provides tooling services to spring- and wire-makers.
