A 17,000-square foot strip shopping center on 4.6 acres in Berlin recently sold for $1.9 million to buyers from Massachusetts.
Wallingford-based Hunter Management LLC sold the retail plaza at 1943 Berlin Turnpike to 1943 Berlin Turnpike LLC in a deal recorded by Berlin officials on Aug. 26.
The seller’s principal is Mario Dinatale, of Wallingford.
The principals of the buying LLC are Navin Patel, of Andover, Massachusetts, Jigar Patel of Quincy, Massachusetts and Nilesh Patel of Quincy, Massachusetts.Â
