A two-story, 20,000-square-foot office building in Berlin known as the Berlin Business Center recently sold for $2.35 million
In a sale recorded Dec. 13, Newington-based Reno Properties Group LLC sold the property at 15 Massirio Drive to KAD Berlin Business Center LLC, which is controlled by Donald DeVivo, president of DATTCO Inc. in New Britain.
The deal was brokered by Dan Garofalo, principal and managing broker at Reno Properties Group, and Nicholas Goglia, the company’s associate vice president, who represented both the seller and the buyer.
The Berlin Business Center is on 1.98 acres off Route 9 at the corner of Massirio Drive and Christian Lane. The building is 100% leased and will be used as an investment property by the new owner, according to Reno Properties Group.
