The two-story building at 555 Wethersfield Road includes 3.9 acres of land.
The seller was 555 Realty LLC, whose principal is Peter Knaus of New Britain.
The buyer is TZ Real Estate of Wethersfield, consisting of Enzo Tata of Wethersfield and Bruno Zavarella of Newington.
The building was on the market for 744 days and its initial asking price was $850,000. It currently does not have a tenant.

The building includes 4,688 square feet of office space, 12,270 square feet of manufacturing space, and 4,500 square feet of storage area on the unfinished second floor.
