Berlin’s Sportika Export has inked a product distribution deal with a Colorado manufacturer of dietary supplements and products, according to a filing with the U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission.
Golden, Colo.-based iSatori, which trades on the OTCQB venture-stage marketplace, said in its annual report Monday that the deal was signed in December.
“The company expects to gain new international distribution in the coming year through this new, exciting channel,” iSatori said.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
