The light industrial warehouse at 76 Fuller Way was sold by The Big A LLC, whose principal is Stephen DiMarco of Avon.
The buyer is 76 Fuller Way LLC, whose principal is Timothy Rassias of Holden, Mass.
The sale includes 2.6 acres. The 25,198-square-foot building was erected in 1990 and was 100% leased at sale. Tenants include Premier Limousine.
The property was initially listed for $1.6 million and was on the market for 328 days.
