Wallingford’s Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices New England Properties says it has linked with an online realty network to market listings from its 50 Connecticut and Rhode Island offices to millions of homebuyers nationwide.
Berskshire and realtor.com operator Move Inc., of San Jose, Calif., say their pact is effective immediately. Financial terms weren’t disclosed Friday.
Move said listing data is updated every 15 minutes and pulled directly from more than 800 multiple listing services.
