Collaboration Centric Solutions, a joint venture of independent employee benefit consulting firms including the William Gallagher Associates in Hartford, has named Kate Moher as its new executive director.
She moves to C2 from UnitedHealthcare, where she was national vice president broker strategy and development in Minneapolis. She worked there for more than 13 serving the needs of the distribution channel and nurturing a culture of broker advocacy. Prior to her career in healthcare, she had over 16 years of marketing and sales experience in executive level positions with Carlson Companies, Lexis-Nexis and West Publishing supporting new business opportunities and growth strategies.
Her primary focus at C2 is to identify, develop and foster relationship with key partner carriers, develop strong relationships and collaboration among member firms and lead product and service development and distribution for C2.
