The West Hartford-based Ben Bronz Foundation, a nonprofit that helps bright students who struggle to learn through a variety of programs and services, welcomed a new executive director this month, Kim Holley.
Holley will direct the programs of Ben Bronz Academy, The Learning Incentive and satellite programs, including the Cyber Launch Pad Summer Program.
Holley retired from the state of Connecticut in June, serving as superintendent of Unified School District No. 1, a district within the state Department of Correction providing educational programs for incarcerated individuals to help them successfully transition to society. She served in the district more than 20 years in a variety of roles.
