Robert Belitz was promoted to president and chief executive officer at Tighe & Bond, a regional employee-owned engineering and environmental consulting firm.
Belitz has more than 25 years of experience in the industry. He joined Tighe & Bond more than four years ago as the firm’s chief financial officer.
